Well I certainly felt like Alice In Wonderland at the tea party when I joined Nuflour's Amanda and Phebe for a tasting in their new Capitol Hill kitchen location. As a Montlake resident and neighbor of the Capitol Hill community I am particularly thrilled for the opening of their storefront on 15th Ave in Seattle later this summer. Nuflours specializes in gluten-free cakes, cookies, pastries, and breads and let me tell you, their product is phenomenal.

Both Amanda and Phebe have been working their buns off (no pun intended) baking and selling their delicious breads, cakes and tarts at local farmer's markets around the greater Seattle area. I am particularly excited for their brick and mortar concept since I consider myself an ambassador of all things gluten-free, local and delicious. Amanda and Phebe hope to have their store up and running sometime this summer but for now you can stay posted on their Facebook page or visit them at the farmer's markets and shops below for more.
