Halibut with capers & blistered cherry tomatoes

One 4 ounce halibut filet
a handful of small brussel sprouts cut lengthwise
a handful of cherry tomatoes
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
1 tbsp capers rinsed
1 tbsp olive oil
Penzey's Lemon Pepper seasoning (however much you like)

Heat up a pan on medium heat. Place halibut, olive oil, brussel sprouts (face down) and cherry tomatoes on pan and season to your liking with lemon pepper. Cover and cook for about 7 minutes on one side. Flip over the halibut, add capers and garlic and cook for about another 7 minutes or so. Keep an eye on your pan as you are cooking because the tomatoes can get tender quickly.
Scoop up your halibut gently and pour the cooked brussel sprouts, cherry tomatoes, capers and garlic over the top. Enjoy!
