easy power greens salad
Sometimes you just gotta eat your greens. Let's get to it!

1 bunch curly kale chopped into 2 inch pieces (Need help chopping up those bulky kale

1/2 english cucumber chopped into 1 inch pieces or thinner
1 bunch baby spinach
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
a couple dashes of Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
