1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp raw honey
1/4 cup vegenaise
1/2 ripe avocado
2 chopped scallions
leaves from 1 sprig tarragon
1/4 cup parsley (any kind)
1/4 cup cilantro
3 tbsp chopped chives
15 large basil leaves

Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender until completely smooth. Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
