Pan seared Halibut with veggies

**serves 1
1 halibut filet
handful baby heirloom tomatoes
3 green onions chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
4 white mushrooms sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp Penzey's Lemon Pepper seasoning

/// Directions ///
Season both sides of your halibut filet with lemon pepper. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat and add your garlic and tomatoes. When garlic is slightly golden, add halibut, mushrooms and green onion. Sear/cook on medium high heat for about 3 minutes per-side while continuously rolling vegetables in juices. Remove from heat and serve!
