Frozen berry breakfast smoothie
I am not kidding when I say I make a smoothie EVERY morning for breakfast. It's fast, it's easy, it's filling and you can drink it on the go with the proper cup! Nowadays everyone has a fast-paced lifestyle and people have a hard time making themselves the most important meal of the day. This is a no-excuse way to get your daily fruit intake, vitamins, get your digestion moving and just FEEL better about your day! You can also throw spinach or kale in for added nutrients which I like to do when I am feeling extra health conscious!

1 1/2 cups coconut milk
3/4 cup frozen berries of your choice or mixed frozen berries
1 scoop protein powder of your choice
1 tablespoon chia seed

Blend all ingredients together until chia seed has disintegrated. Enjoy!
